The K9 Sport Sack Trainer is an entry-level dog backpack, intended for short, non-strenuous activities, like short walks, bike rides and trips with public transport. The Trainer backpack is made for small dogs up to 9 kg, including growing puppies that are still in the process of socialisation and training. The dog carrier is made of durable fabric, with mesh panels on the sides to ensure your pet gets sufficient ventilation. To accommodate your dog and its tail, the backpack has a wide, padded base. The adjustable lumbar support strap (not on XS), adjustment straps on both sides and adjustable collar allow you to precisely adapt the dog backpack to the size of your dog. To prevent your dog from jumping out of the backpack, you can tether him to the carabiner on the inside of the backpack. The Trainer dog backpack is suitable for humans with a small to medium build and features ergonomic shoulder straps and a side pocket for storing small items.

All K9 Sport Sack dog backpacks have been specially developed in close collaboration with animal professionals, veterinarians, dog trainers and outdoor product engineers. The result is an ergonomic, safe and strong product, with optimal comfort for both owner and dog. The K9 Sport Sack Trainer is available in various sizes and colours. If your dog is in between sizes, has a wide body but is short in length, or is still growing, you can optionally order the Booster Block, which raises the sitting position with 7.5 cm. The Booster Block is available in two sizes: one for backpack sizes XS/S and one for backpack sizes M/L/XL/XXL.

Note:
To determine the correct size, measure your dog’s back length (from the collar to the base of the tail) and the chest circumference (directly behind the front legs). If your measurements don't perfectly match one size or if you have a growing dog, select the size that fits your largest measurement. You can compensate for any lack of length by ordering the optional Booster Block.
