The Kolossus is the largest dog backpack from K9 Sport Sack, packed with technology and useful features. For avid adventurers who like to take long hikes with their dog. The K9 Sport Sack Kolossus is designed for medium to large dogs up to 36 kg and is equipped with a metal frame for optimal stability. When you are not carrying your dog, the Kolossus can easily be converted into a large, normal backpack. The dog backpack is made of sturdy 300D Ripstop Oxford polyester fabric and has mesh ventilation panels on the sides over almost the entire height, which can be closed with a zipper at low temperatures. A removable hood protects your dog from rain or bright sun. Thanks to two adjustable lumbar support straps, adjustment straps on both sides and the adjustable collar, you can adjust the dog backpack exactly to the size of your dog. A flap on the inside prevents your dog's hair from getting caught in the zipper. To prevent your dog from jumping out of the backpack, you can tether him to the carabiner on the inside of the backpack.

The Kolossus dog backpack is equipped with dual side pockets and a removable storage bag. The storage bag can also help to improve the support for your dog’s back. There is a storage compartment under the dog's seating surface, extending to the bottom of the frame (not with XXL). The height of the storage compartment therefore varies with the size of the backpack. Optimal wearing comfort is guaranteed by thickly padded ergonomic shoulder straps with a chest strap. The shoulder straps are height adjustable, so the Kolossus backpack can be adjusted to all body sizes. Using the weight distribution straps you can pull the backpack closer to your shoulders. The padded back panel increases wearing comfort even further and also improves ventilation of your back. The padded hip belt ensures a balanced distribution of weight over shoulders and pelvis, which is very important on long trips and with heavier dogs. The hip belt has handy zipper pockets on the left and right, with the right pocket having a special opening for poop bags.

The result is an ergonomic, safe and strong product, with optimal comfort for both owner and dog. The K9 Sport Sack Kolossus is available in various sizes and colours. If your dog is in between sizes, has a wide body but is short in length, or is still growing, you can optionally order the Booster Block, which raises the sitting position with 7.5 cm. The Booster Block is available in two sizes: one for backpack sizes XS/S and one for backpack sizes M/L/XL/XXL.
