The DoggyRide Cocoon is a robust bicycle basket for the safe and comfortable transport of a small dog or cat. For optimal protection of your pet, the Cocoon is equipped with a hard bottom and reinforced sides. The folding dome of mesh fabric ensures that your dog remains safely in the basket, while it can still enjoy the fresh air and the view. If desired, the dome can be removed in its entirety. The seating compartment is equipped with a comfortable mat and a leash. You can also use the dog bicycle basket during rainy days, thanks to the included rain cover, which can be attached to the basket with velcro. The water-repellent nylon inner lining is easy to clean with a damp cloth. Two storage compartments on the outside provide extra storage space.

The DoggyRide Cocoon can be attached to your bicycle in different ways:

1. Bicycle with luggage carrier (front or rear): Britch Lite luggage carrier adapter + Cocoon adapter
2. Bicycle without luggage carrier (front or rear): Britch luggage carrier + Cocoon adapter

With both options, the Cocoon adapter must first be mounted on the underside of the Cocoon. The Cocoon can then be attached in no time to the Britch or the Britch Lite carrier, at the front or rear of your bicycle. It is a conscious choice that the DoggyRide Cocoon is not hung on the handlebars, but is placed on a fixed luggage carrier. Firstly, this guarantees optimal stability and secondly, the bicycle basket will move much less to the left and right, which is a lot more comfortable for your dog. The Cocoon adapter is constructed in such a way that the dog bicycle basket can be placed on the luggage carrier both widthwise and lengthwise.

The Cocoon dog bicycle basket can also be used as a transport box in the car or as a carrying bag on the plane. A length-adjustable shoulder strap is included in the delivery. The Cocoon is available in different colours and in two sizes:
